Waiver and Release of Liability

I wish to participate in Gia’s 8-Week Running Challenge offered by Aussie Fitness Pros. In consideration of my participation in this program, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

  • I understand that Aussie Fitness Pros and the coaches conducting Gia’s 8-Week Running Challenge, including Gia herself, are not licensed medical care providers, physical therapists, or nutritionists.
  • I acknowledge that they do not and will not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All information provided during the program, including but not limited to, guidance on physical exercise, coaching, and nutrition, is intended for general informational purposes only.
  • I understand it is my responsibility to consult with my physician or other healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions, health concerns, or dietary requirements before participating in this program.

 2. Physical Fitness

  • I understand it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in this program.
  • I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability or condition that would prevent or limit my participation in this running program.

3. Waiver of Liability

  • I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Aussie Fitness Pros, its officers, coaches, employees, and agents (collectively “Releases”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, while participating in the program, or while on premises where the program is conducted.

4. Indemnification

  • I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, that Releases may incur due to my participation in the program, whether caused by negligence of Releases or otherwise.

5. Acknowledgment of Understanding

  • I have read this waiver of liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

  • I understand that participating in a running and fitness program involves risks of physical injury. These risks include but are not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and the conditions of the road or running surfaces.
  • I have voluntarily chosen to participate in this program and fully accept and assume all risks, whether known or unknown.
